Apache URL

Avoid case sensitive in URL:

For Gentoo,
1. First make sure in /etc/apache2/conf/apache2.conf, mod_speling.so is loaded that is:

LoadModule speling_module modules/mod_speling.so

2. In /etc/apache2/conf/commonapache2.conf, add the following

CheckSpelling on

It will disable case sensitive in URL and check the spelling as well. This will slow down apache too.
